Students at Adlai Stevenson High School perform as the Soundz of Thunda Step Team to help them deal with the violence and poverty that they live in. While only one-third of Stevenson students graduate, Sounda of Thunda members complete high school and usually go on to college. Their lives are not easier, they just use their team as a positive outlet and inspiration.
