| Annie came to journalism school with aspirations of becoming a magazine writer, but leaves with a deep love of radio, and hopes to be a radio reporter. She was born in Hong Kong, raised in New York, and graduated from Amherst College. Before coming to Columbia, she studied fiction writing and modern dance. For the last five years, she has worked for a public health program that serves 9/11 first responders.
